Brown: Quins up for top four
23 Mar 2009Full-back Mike Brown says Harlequins are confident of staying in the play-off places after moving up to fourth in the Guinness Premiership with 38-20 bonus-point victory over Sale Sharks at The Stoop.
After an error-strewn first half which ended 12-12, Dean Richards's side stepped up the pace and reaped the rewards for some bold decisions - notably kicking for the corner rather than punting for three points.
Gary Botha, Seb Stegmann, Tom Guesta and De Wet Barry all ran in tries after the break and Brown said: "The boys did really well. It is so tight between one and six but we are confident we can make the play-offs."
