Phil Parkinson won't go for youth
22 Apr 2009Phil Parkinson will resist the call to blood some more of Charlton's youngsters in the final two games this season, even though their relegation to League One has been confirmed.
The Charlton boss "It's alright saying put the young players in but if they're not ready for it then it can have a negative effect."
Parkinson saw Charlton capitulate after taking a two-goal advantage for the second time in four days last night, as late goals from Chris Burke and Gabor Gyepes completed Cardiff's comeback in the 2-2 draw.
