Not moving: Cesc Fabregas says he is staying at Arsenal

Cesc Fabregas: I'm staying put at Emirates

Cesc Fabregas has once again dismissed speculation he will leave Arsenal this summer.

The 22-year-old midfielder has been persistently linked with a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona amid rumours he is growing frustrated with a lack of silverware at Emirates Stadium.

Madrid president Florentino Perez is set to outline his plans for re-election on 14 May and is thought to have the Spaniard top of his shopping list, with Arsene Wenger among his preferred choices to take over from temporary coach Juande Ramos.

It is Barcelona, however, that is usually touted as Fabregas's most likely potential destination. Born in the city, he played for the Catalan club as boy and admitted last summer: "It would be a dream to return to Barcelona one day".

But Fabregas said today: "How many times have I said this? My future belongs to Arsenal and I want to be at Arsenal. I see my future here. I do not have to tell anyone to be relaxed or more confident that I am staying. My name has been linked with other clubs for four years, and I am still here. That should tell you something."

After last Cesc is entitled to say goodbye, why would a quality player like him wanna line up with the likes of old man Sylverstre, Diaby, lazy Adeybayor and all the rest of the garbage.

Wenger needs a clear out and fast. If he can't build a team this summer than the board should sack him.
