Super 14 event safe for another season
15 May 2009The future of the rugby competition between franchises from South Africa, New Zealand and Australia is safe after the three parties agreed to a revamped Super 14 tournament.
There had been disagreement over the timing of the competition and how best to cope with the June Test window but a spokesman for Sanzar, the unions' joint body, said today: "We have agreed a way forward."
