Fraizer Campbell in talks with Hull over switch
8 Jun 2009Manchester United have accepted a bid from Hull City for England Under-21 striker Fraizer Campbell.
Hull have been given permission to discuss personal terms with Campbell after agreeing a reported £6million fee.
Campbell, 21, scored 15 goals to help the Tigers to promotion in 2008 during a successful loan spell at the KC Stadium. He spent last season on loan at Tottenham as part of the deal that took Dimitar Berbatov to Old Trafford.
Even though Campbell, who has seven Under-21 caps, started just one Premier League game at Spurs a number of clubs had reportedly shown an interest in signing him.
