Wanted man: Alexandre Pato is a target for Chelsea

Chelsea prepare to up the ante in Alexandre Pato chase

2 Jul 2009

Chelsea are refusing to give up on their fight to sign Alexandre Pato and are expected to bid again before the weekend.

AC Milan have already told Chelsea that the Brazil international is not for sale, but new manager Carlo Ancelotti is still hopeful of getting the 19year-old.

There are reports in Italy that Chelsea will offer up to £51million for Pato as Ancelotti looks to add some flair to the squad. Chelsea are still intersted in Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery but are set to lose out to Manchester City for striker Carlos Tevez.

Blackburn chairman John Williams has confirmed the club want to sign Chelsea youngster Franco di Santo following the sales of Roque Santa Cruz and Matt Derbyshire.

Yes figh till you get Pato but also dont sell Di Santo just let go on Loan basis so that he can play regularly and gain that experience then bring him back next season and link him with Pato up front that will be a very leathol attack as Di Santo is going to be one of the best strikers in the world just let him gain that experienec and see.
