Michael Phelps delight as he regains butterfly world record

Fired-up Michael Phelps was overjoyed to regain the 100metres butterfly world record from fellow American Ian Crocker.
Six years ago Phelps set the mark only to lose it to Crocker, who has held it ever since.
But last night Phelps won his race at the US Nationals in 50.22 sec, which was 0.18sec inside the previous best.
Phelps, who now holds five individual world records, said: "It was big, it was something I really, really wanted.
"I've wanted that record ever since he took it at the 2003 world championships."
