England confident for World Cup vote

English rugby chiefs will travel to Dublin confident they have won the battle to host the 2015 World Cup.
The Rugby Football Union were named as the preferred bidder for 2015 ahead of South Africa and Italy, who then both responded by launching late bids to win over delegates to the 28-strong International Rugby Board council meeting.
However, England believe they have enough votes to stage the cup particularly as their bid is the most profitable.
