On-the-up Simon Dyson has Masters plan
6 Oct 2009Simon Dyson is determined to stay in the world's top 50 after claiming the biggest win of his life.
The Englishman's three-shot victory over Rory McIlroy and Oliver Wilson at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at St Andrews yesterday saw him leap from 92nd to 44th in the rankings.
If the 31-year-old remains in the top 50 until the end of the year he will make his debut at The Masters at Augusta National next April.
"That's the one I want to go for," said Dyson, who fired a closing round 66 to finish on 20 under par.
