The Filipino will win his fifth title at a fifth different weight if he beats Puerto Rico's WBO welterweight champion in Las Vegas on Saturday.
Pacquiao, who will fight at 145lbs, said: "I feel stronger than ever and my speed is still there. If you have speed you generate power."
