Bayern demand £81m for wantaway Ribery
29 Jul 2009Bayern Munich have warned Chelsea and Real Madrid they will have to pay £81million to sign Franck Ribery.
The winger, who is recovering from injury, has been the subject of transfer speculation after admitting he would be interested in leaving the Bundesliga club.
But Bayern president Franz Beckenbauer maintains Ribery will not be allowed to depart unless an offer matches their valuation.
He said: "If Cristiano Ronaldo is worth €94m then Ribery is worth a similar amount."
