Geraint Williams is convinced Ryan Jarvis can do to Stoke exactly what the Premier League team have been doing to other sides for the last 12 month.

The uncompromising approach of Tony Pulis' side has been a major factor in helping Stoke establish themselves in the top-flight. But Orient manager Williams believes Jarvis, 23, can provide a similar threat after scoring twice in his last three outings.

Williams said: "I didn't see much of Ryan last year but he is a very sharp forward. He's strong, he's six foot plus so he can win balls in the air and at the minute his finishing is very, very clinical."

Orient are unbeaten away from home - but have yet to triumph at Brisbane Road this season. Williams added: "There may be a stark contrast between the results home and away but I don't think there has been a stark contrast between the performances."
