Neil Harris hopes his hat-trick will inspire Millwall back to the heights of last season.

The 4-0 win at Stockport was the Lions' first on the road this term. Harris, who also missed a penalty, said: “The most important thing is we've got our first away win.”

Leyton Orient beat Brentford 2-1 after falling behind to a Carl Cort goal. Scott McGleish levelled and a Danny Foster own goal secured victory.

Brentford boss Andy Scott said: “No disrespect to Orient, but they didn't deserve it.”

Charlton's Sam Sodje reflected on his injury agony after helping his side to a 2-1 win over Huddersfield. The defender had a serious knee injury and said: “At one stage I was going through my pension.”

Dagenham striker Paul Benson will hand over penalty-taking duties after missing from the spot in the 2-1 win over Bradford. He said: “I'm useless at taking them.”

Barnet lost 2-0 at Burton and boss Ian Hendon said: “There was no end product, and that is possibly down to the shape of the team.
