We won't get carried away, insists Kaspar Gorkss

Kaspar Gorkss says Queens Park Rangers are not getting carried away after rising to fourth in the Championship, writes Dean Jones.

The defender rounded off a 2-1 success at Sheffield Wednesday after Jay Simpson opened the scoring. It was their fourth win in six away games and Gorkss (right) said: "It's nice to be up there but there is a long way to go. It's a tight division. We've got to hope we reach at least the play-offs though."

Darren Ambrose hit double figures as he scored the only goal in Crystal Palace's win over Middlesbrough. His 10th strike of the season has given him increased confidence and the midfielder said: "I can now aim for 20 goals. Last year I didn't play many games so in the summer it was about picking the right club and now I'm repaying Neil Warnock's faith in me."

Henry Lansbury starred as Watford beat Preston 2-0.

Heidar Helguson and Tom Cleverley scored the goals, and loan star Lansbury said: "I'd rather be playing here every week than once a month at Arsenal. I'm enjoying my time here."
