Now you can have 't' with Team Murray

Those wishing to emulate Team Murray and their famous forfeits can now do just that thanks to the Scot's own website. Ross Hutchins became the latest victim after failing dismally in the tennis football match played on the Aorangi practice courts yesterday. Hutchins was forced to wear an extra small black t-shirt with the words 'Game, Set, Murray' written in pink letters on the front. Given the throng of photographers in tow, it could have been a clever marketing ploy as identical t-shirts are now on sale at andymurray.com.

Missing forehand a case of Serena detachment

Tennis players are control freaks by nature but it appears Serena Williams is somewhat detached from her own ability. After scraping past Elena Dementieva in three tight sets yesterday, the No2 seed said ahead of her final against sister Serena: “My forehand didn't show up today. I think she went to Hawaii. I've called and asked her to come back for the final. But she turned her phone off and won't answer me. I might even have to go there. Whatever it takes, I need her back. Its always good to win when your strokes go on vacation.”
