Woman tells court about her kinky sex sessions with F1 boss Max Mosley

A woman fetishist today described a spanking session with motor racing boss Max Mosley as painful, but better than going to the dentist.

Miss D, whose identity is protected, told the High Court sadomasochist role playing with whips and beatings was "not everyone's cup of tea, but it's what I enjoy".

She was one of five women who took part in the S&M session at a Chelsea flat which was secretly filmed by the News Of The World, which is being sued by Mr Mosley for breach of privacy. Pictures and a video were published by the paper in March under the headline "F1 boss has sick Nazi orgy with five hookers".

But Miss D today denied there had been any Nazi connotations and said what took place was neither grotesque or brutal. "We are playing a role, it's not real life," she told the court.

"Grotesque? I don't think so. In my personal opinion it may not be everybody's cup of tea but it's what I enjoy. Brutal? Certainly not. You don't get any permanent markings."

Asked by David Sherborne, representing Mr Mosley, whether she found it painful, Miss D laughed and replied: "Yes, but in a good way. It is painful but not excruciating. I would rather do corporal punishment a long way over going to the dentist."

At the end of the session everybody had sat down for a cup of tea and discussed what had taken place.

Miss D burst into tears when asked about Miss E, who had secretly recorded the session to pass on to the News Of The World. "I didn't think she would do something like this. I felt horrified," she replied.

She told the court it had been her idea to stage the role playing of German-speaking guard and prisoner scenario but there had not been any specific script laid down in advance.

But Miss D insisted there had been no element of Nazi fantasy nor any depiction of a Second World War death camp in the role play. She described Miss B speaking German as "guttural and sexy".

Earlier Mr Mosley, who went to school in Germany, told the court why he loved speaking German during S&M sessions. He described the language as "somehow appropriate for a bossy, dominant character". The Teutonic tongue was "a harsh-sounding - rather than a romantic - language," he told the court.

However, Mr Mosley would also break into cod-English in a thick German accent while playing out his fantasies with five women in the Chelsea flat.

This includes him saying: "Zay need more of the punishment, I zink," the court heard.

A video of one of his whipsandspanking sex sessions was played in private in court with the press and public locked out.

The court also heard how the costumed role-playing of a guard and prisoner fantasy included a portrayal of head-shaving and a lice inspection. Mr Mosley, however, said he had "not found the lice inspection particularly erotic".

In a series of terse exchanges across the courtroom with the newspaper's QC Mark Warby, Mr Mosley repeatedly denied there had been any Nazi element in the role-playing.

He said he had used German because one of the women fetishists present was German and another said she would find it particularly enjoyable.

He had resorted to the cod-English so that the non-German would still feel involved in the scenario, he said.

"It is cod-English as spoken by Germans, a cod language as used in World War II films," said Mr Warby.

"I just said it in a silly German accent," Mr Mosley replied. "This was a classic prison scenario. There was no references to Nazis. I was directing it with a lot of help from the women but always on the basis the whole thing was consensual. If any of them felt the least bit uncomfortable it would have stopped."

Mr Mosley said he never considered any of the women taking part as " prostitutes or hookers", although he paid each of them £500 a night and one, known as Miss A, used the Chelsea flat for their sessions together thanks to him paying the £30,000 rent.

However, he said he used the pseudonym "Mike" and wore a mask when attending S&M sessions away from the flat to maintain his anonymity. He added: "All these women had the same fetish as me and indulge in these activities with their partners and others, often without payment."

In other evidence, Miss A told the court that the S&M role-playing was "like children playing cowboys and Indians". She described being beaten with 12 strokes of the cane as "the best feeling in the world". The case continues.
