Beggars using children as bait get Asbo ban
Evening Standard9 Oct 2008
Four female beggars caught using children as bait to persuade passers-by to hand over cash have been issued with Asbos banning them from the borough for three years.
Westminster magistrates' court heard that Decembria Vasile, 53, Angela Vasile, 44, Anisoara Alexandru, 21, and Livia Stoica, 18, had been caught persistently begging in and around Edgware Road. The Asbos mean that if they are found anywhere in Westminster they face fines and a possible jail sentence. Alexandru and Stoica are also banned from Kensington and Chelsea, and Hammersmith and Fulham.
Daniel Astaire of Westminster council said: "We will not tolerate this type of behaviour. We will continue to work to prevent this abusive treatment of children."

Mmm,curious surnames.I wonder where these beggars come from?
Or are these the hardworking people the government says we need to contribute to our economy?
What's left of it.What a joke!
