Man found stabbed to death in flat

A 34-YEAR-OLD man has been stabbed to death on a south London housing estate.

The man, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, was found inside a flat on the Loughborough estate in Brixton last night. He was taken to hospital but died an hour later from his wounds.

Murder squad detectives arrested an occupant of the flat and is being questioned by police.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said it was too early to speculate on possible motive. Anyone with information should call the incident room on 020 8721 4205.
