question the management of the BBC ? Does a 25 year old "producer" really have the experience to handle this show. I suspect not. The BBC does have a habit of calling junior staff "producers" to get away with low pay.

I would say the management of the producer and their lack of understanding of the BBC ethics and responsibility. Top lady shouldn't have resigned though - ah well.

And Ross and Brand - mmm - not good when the stars rule the roost.

Sack Brand and Ross and expect Ms. Douglas's resignation in the morning. Don't be held to ransom.

i think its about time the BBC thought heavily about the huge contracts for stars such as Jonathan Ross. Sign them up for a series at a time as other tv companies do. Jonathan Ross has gone too far this time and his Friday night show is embarrassing....
The Producer and two presenters should definitely be sacked - they would in any normal job at the BBC.....As far as Russell Brand is concerned I don't call him a comedian or star just a guy without any talent whatsoever...comedian....no way.
The BBC needs to start thinking about taxpayers money that keeps them running.....Director Mark Thompson has been a week DG get rid of him as well....

Ms Douglas say that she will walk out if anyone is sacked over the Ross-Brand scandal. Excellent! The BBC should get on with the sackings.

Why not simply clear out the whole lot and replace them with individuals who are going to be more pro-active and likely to cost less in terms of remuneration packages?
