THE annual Get Into London Theatre promotion kicks off today with thousands of discount tickets from just £15.

More than 40 shows are offering special deals to encourage audiences to visit in the first weeks of next year. They include musicals such as Billy Elliot and plays including Entertaining Mr Sloane.

One of the productions, Complicit, today announces David Suchet and Elizabeth McGovern will join Hollywood actor Richard Dreyfuss in the new play directed by Kevin Spacey at the Old Vic.

Get Into London Theatre covers tickets for shows from 1January to 13February. It offers £15 tickets for 16- to 26-year-olds. It is organised by the Society of London Theatre, which is marking its centenary.

Users can book online at getintolondontheatre.co.uk or by calling 0871 230 1548.
