I can see the stable from here... horse sculpture for Eurostar terminal

A 50-metre horse by the Turner Prize winner Mark Wallinger has won a competition for a new landmark sculpture for Kent.

His proposal beat ideas by artists including Rachel Whiteread and Richard Deacon for the commission at Ebbsfleet, near the Eurostar station.

More than £1 million for its construction has been raised — about half the total needed.
