Murderer aged nine escapes prison
13 Feb 2009A boy aged nine who is charged with murdering his father and another man in the US has been offered a plea deal that would spare him jail.
The boy, who has pleaded not guilty, told police that he shot the men in St Johns, Arizona.
He told child services that his 1,000th spanking would be his last.
No details of the deal were given.

There must be a lot more to this case than meets the eye. Children don't murder their parents if they are treated well.
