Hate preacher: Abu Hamza, three of whose sons funded a 'party lifestyle' with car thefts and fraud

Hamza's sons stole £1m to pay for parties

THREE sons of hook-handed preacher of hate Abu Hamza took part in a £1 million fraud stealing cars to fund a party lifestyle, it was revealed today.

The Muslim cleric's sons Hamza Kamel, 22, and Mohamed Mostafa, 27, and stepson Mohssin Ghailam, 28, took cars such as Mercedes, BMWs and Range Rovers in a sophisticated ringing racket.

The trio and three friends went after cars belonging to people they knew spent long periods of time away from home.

Once the gang established the owners were away they would write to the DVLA posing as the owner and claiming to have moved and requesting a new log book be sent to a front address.

The DVLA would write to the registered address saying unless they received a reply within 21 days a log book would be posted to the bogus address.

The gang used the documents to register the car to an alias and obtain replacement keys from dealerships.

The cars were sold on to unsuspecting buyers, shipped abroad or used as collateral against big loans taken out under false names. The gang would default on the loan, keep the cash and the car would disappear.

One source said: "The total value of the scam, including the cars and the loans, was about £1 million.

"These guys were using the money for themselves. Anti-terrorist police investigated the finances and there is no evidence at all this money was spent on terrorism. They just used the cash to party."

Judge Peter Testar at Southwark crown court warned the gang they faced jail.

Hamza Kamel, of Acton, pleaded guilty to handling five stolen cars from January 2007 until November last year and to laundering £14,975 in cash.

Mostafa, of the same address, pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud, having taken out a £12,000 loan against a stolen BMW and used a fake name to try to obtain keys for another BMW.

Half-brother Ghailam, of Shepherd's Bush, admitted conspiracy to defraud and fraud for taking out an £11,000 loan under a false name using a stolen BMW.

Three others, Abdul Chiadmi, 22, from Ladbroke Grove, Hamza Mrimou, 27, from West Brompton and Khalid Jebari, 22, of Victoria, admitted playing a part in the racket.

Jebari also admitted possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

Offer these scumbags the chance to be tried under sharia law like they want for us or British justice and I can guarentee every one of them will choose the British system as it is a joke. Under sharia law they would face harsh treatment with flogging and hard time. Here they will be given an asbo or community service at worst!
British justice is a complete farce and we are the laughing stock of the world!

This is a big story. Wonder why the BBC/ITV didn't touch it.
I'm sure that if Nick Griffin copped a parking ticket it would be a massive scandal, exposing nationalist politics for its inherent criminality.

He obviously set a good example about how a Muslim should behave to his kids. One is a lap dancer and three are criminals. Well done Abu, what a great example you are!

At least his sons were dancing in the nightclubs instead of trying to blow them up!
