I could give you a catalogue of failings by the management of this health authority.

There have been two major incidents (dead children). Who is in charge of these puffed up nobodies? Nobody. They please themselves how they treat people and get away with it. If they make a mistake they just move on to another health authority. They are accountable to noone.
