POLICE today swooped on a suspected vice madam who allegedly made profits of more than £1.5million a year from a string of London brothels.
The 55-year-old Chinese national was held with her 43-year-old British husband at their home in Leatherhead, Surrey.
Seven people were held in raids on nine addresses, including four suspected of running brothels in West Sunbury, Surbiton, Egham and West Drayton.
Police rescued seven women believed to have been kept in "debt bondage" and forced to service up to 30 clients a day.
Two classic Mercedes and two Lamborghinis were also seized.
