Bodyguard claims Michael Jackson had secret girlfriend

Michael Jackson had a secret long-term girlfriend and fell victim to a series of unscrupulous private physicians, his British former bodyguard claimed today.
Matt Fiddes, from Barnstaple, Devon, who was introduced to the pop star around 10 years ago by psychic Uri Geller, said there was "someone special" in Jackson's life, but refused to identify the mystery woman.
He said: "I'm not going to name who she is but I think the family were aware that there was someone special in his life who he loved and adored and had his ups and downs with.
"I don't know how long they've been a couple. I know she's been with him for some time in different capacities but...it's up to her if she wants it to come out or the family to speak about this very private information."
The 30-year-old martial arts expert blamed the singer's death last Thursday on doctors who had supplied him with unnecessary medication, claiming they had "blood on their hands".
He also described how he and Geller tried to hide drugs and syringes from Jackson.
Fiddes told Sky News: "I never witnessed him actually taking drugs but I knew they were there and I confiscated packages, and Uri did too.
"And Uri confiscated injection equipment from his room ... Uri would scream at Michael, you know, intensely, to stop doing this but we were getting pushed out.
"The doctor had such an influence over Michael that we felt our efforts were falling on deaf ears.
"As far as I'm concerned they have Michael's blood on their hands, they know what they've done and there's people out there who could have helped, could have stepped in but didn't do for financial reasons.
"We went to great efforts to keep the doctors away. But as soon as we said anything and it gets back to Michael, Michael would have a screaming fit that we were interfering with his private life, that he knew what he was doing and he was in denial."
In an interview with The Sun newspaper, Fiddes recalled a 2003 trip to London when packages of drugs would arrive at Jackson's hotel from the US.
He said: "I would go and check on him. He would be drowsy and out of it.
"He would manage to walk to his bedroom and fall asleep on the bed - but then he would not wake up until two or three in the afternoon."
Fiddes said on one occasion the animal-loving star was so drowsy he missed out on a trip to London Zoo.
He said: "Michael had been sedated the night before and just wouldn't wake up. Uri went into his room - and was screaming at Michael.
"We were worried. We were shaking him, saying: 'Come on - wake up.' Uri was saying: 'What are you doing? Have you taken something?' Then he came round drowsy - and said he was jetlagged. He came round, but not enough to take him to the zoo. Uri had to make up an excuse for him."

It's a bit rich of Fiddes to say the doctors have blood on their hands when he was part of an elaborate plan to keep Michael's drug abuse secret. He actually says "we went to great efforts to keep the doctors away" - and with that I can say Fiddes is also culpable - he kept the doctors away because of money he was being paid to keep nay sayers and bona fide doctors away

When I was a lot younger I was a great MJ fan even went to two of his concerts back in 1992 & 1997, anyway my point is I am sure that MJ was an intelligent able person and I cannot help but feel that he should accept some responsibility for abusing prescription drugs as well as the doctors who provided them for him. Even though he is the 'King of Pop'...it does not exempt him from taking some blame for some of his less popular moments which have been reported by the media. I hate to be the Devil's Advocate but that does not take away from his contribution to music at all and I wish the best for his children and 'true' friends at this terrible time. RIP MJ!!!

Dear Matt,
These comments are not necessary now. There are other ways to make publicity of our Martial Arts business Matt...
Let's just remember the artist and the legend and let him rest in peace.

Another nobody, with a tenuous spoon-bending link to Michael Jackson 6 years ago, able to provide keen insight into the life and loves of the King of Pop. Love it!

I will miss MJ. He was A talented man. How lucky we were to have him all these years. I find it sick to think people knew he was being abused on these drugs and didn't do anything to stop it. Shame on them. I hope they can't sleep now, do to them killing MJ. I don't understand why they didn't let him make up his own mind, and thoughts plus actions. I know they said he was in charge, but it just doesn't look this way. He was being control all his life, without any of it being his own. Even as a child he was told what to do, and how to do it by his father. I hope they find these so called doctors and make them paid for the lost of a talented singer we will never be able to replace. I hope now in Heaven MJ is able to have peace, love, and happiness with our maker.. God bless MJ's family. I hope they turn to god for help, and comfort. They need him more then ever right now..MJ has helped many people and touched many lives I just hope they can do the same for others like he did. To keep his memory alive forever............. R.I.P. MICHAEL JACKSON, YOUR STAR SHINES BRIGHT FROM THE HEAVENS ABOVE NOW....MAY YOU HAVE PEACE NOW, IT'S SO LONG OVER DUE....

I am anurse and I feel the medical people who surrounded Micheal should be terribly ashamed of themselves . I love his music and his dancing , it made me very happy . It hurts to know how he suffered , he was such a kind and gentle soul .
If only he knew how much people loved him .... may he rest in peace
