'Mr Botox' faces injuries writ

A cosmetic surgeon to the stars could be sued by one of his clients for more than £300,000.

Dr Jean Louis Sebagh, known as "Mr Botox" in celebrity circles, is facing a High Court battle after being accused of negligence.

Businesswoman Nina Pustilnik, a former executive at both Warner Brothers and Sony Pictures, has allegedly filed a writ against the French-born surgeon claiming she suffered undisclosed personal injuries following treatment at his London clinic three years ago.

But Dr Sebagh, whose clientele include Kylie Minogue, supermodels Elle Macpherson and Cindy Crawford and actresses Felicity Kendal and Anna Friel, has denied her claims. He said: "It is untrue. She is an old patient who had some treatment years ago. She had 'fillers', which is nothing."

Judge Master Yoxall will hear the initial stages of the claim.
