Top marks for Westminster parks

Westminster has the cleanest, safest and best maintained parks in London.
The borough was awarded a record 18 green flags - up from 13 last year, and more than any local authority in the capital.
It is the second year running Westminster has topped London's green flag league - the gold standard for public spaces.
Parks in the borough awarded flags included Kensington Gardens, St James's Park, Green Park and Hyde Park.
