EVERYONE in the world has the right to say "NO". Its your health and your choice and no one can take that away from you. There will always be pros and cons and blame and hysteria for this type of situation but at the end of the day surely the only one responsible for your health is YOU! What about the people that refuse life saving medications/blood transfusions due to their religions/beliefs? They are not forced into having it done but left to die if they so wish. The government etc can advise us on what THEY think is right but they cannot force our hand.

I'm a diabetic pregnant woman with a 9 month old baby and an asthmatic husband. I also have a healthy 5 year old. This means we all are recommended to have the vaccine as I fall under 2 high risk groups, my husband another and my children live with us putting them in the firing line too.
I am terrified that they are wanting to make this vaccine mandatory. I severely dislike the idea of having a brand new, half tested vaccine put into my blood stream but even more-so the blood stream of my unborn baby. My husband doesn't want the vaccine either due to the lack of testing actually carried out on this vaccine and there is no way we are making our children have it if we won't.
Our biggest worries are that our freedom to choose will be snatched away from us and that there will be long-term effects that cannot have been tested for simply due to the newness of the virus and vaccine.

I am so extremely worried for our son who is 12. Just getting a common cold and cough can have him in hospital for days with asthma. We just dont know what to do for the best, and I am making myself very ill now. My husband and I dont care what it may or may not do to us if we catch it, but our son is beyond precious to us and we dont want to make a mistake that we may have to live with for the rest of our lives. Either way, could someone who really knows their stuff about all this please help us ??? There would be no second chances for our angel !!!

Youve only got to google uk nurses refuse vaccination for swine flu or doctors refuse and even the makers of the vaccination will refuse the swine flu vaccination.

The FACTS are that areas of the world during the 1918 Flu Pandemic who did NOT vaccinate (such as Greece) had far SMALLER deaths from Flu than those who were. I just remember during the Gerald Ford administration they were doing he same thing with the Swine Flu. More people died or go incapacitated by the vaccine than by the flu itself. People like Joseph Heller and actor Andy Griffith were both affected badly by it and Epstein Bar. They still haven't taken mercury out of it.

I'm a 19 year old girl, I refused to take the HPV after researching it.
Some of the people that I know that took it are still having some side effects, I feel fine and this was almost a year ago.
As much as the media blows this virus out of proportion, Its nowhere near as bad as they say.
Not even 0.5% of people that get it actually die.
Yet the side effects of the vaccine will certainly outweigh the flu itself.

If anything I personally belive that the flu vaccines actually lower our immunity, cotton wooling us to fight off a certain strain. But if the strain we were injected against mutates we will get much worse as the injection will not be sufficient to alleviate the risk of getting the illness in the first place.
Our immune systems are strong, with the right vitamins and diet we can fight any cold.
Why inject us with harsh chemicals that will damage our brains and productivity?

On a serious note, I think the diabolical contents of this so-called vaccine is evidenced by the fact that companies manufacturing them are being granted immunity against legal action in ALL respects. This is unprecedented. Now, why would that be? This fact, in my opinion, makes governments across board complicit and liable for deaths that may occur from this mandatory insistence.

But question is; what are government's motives and benefits for daring to pursue this line of executive recklessness? I dare say, that it is only profit and campaign funds that can push politicians to this jagged cliff.

It's getting ever crazier. The safest thing seems to be to catch that damned flu soon so that there is a chance to escape vaccine-poisoning. What the hell are they doing there? All billionaires and MPs should be given the vaccine shots first, of course all their children and their pregnant wives, publicly, by physicians put under oath that it's the stuff the other people who might want it will also receive.
After all these our overlords are most important for society - are they not? - and should consequently be saved first.
If all these bigshots stay just as irresponsible after the application as they have proven to be concerning the financial markets and become no bit more weird for five years, the idle populace might in its leisure time consider following their example.

It seems to me, that to comply with this mandatory law, all you need to do is serve a notice on the person administering the drug, informing them that if you should have any ill effect of the vaccine they will personally be responsible and be liable to pay a mandatory fine of £250bn for administering the vaccine to you. Ask them to read a small pamphlet you have prepared to show all of the supporting evidence that this vaccine may be unsafe before signing and I doubt anyone would sign it, therefore, you would still be compliant with the mandatory law, willing to receive it on your conditions (which you are legally allowed to do) putting the onus on the vaccine administrator to guarantee its safety. if everyone did this, they would have to hold the administering staff at gunpoint rather than the person who needs to be vaccinated. The document would also stand up in court. The drug manufacturers have been given legal protection against lawsuits against them as corporations, so sue the person administering it. Once the little people realise that they themselves will be held accountable, lets see how many people actually have the jab.

In the U.S., there is indication that refusing the vaccine will result in a 250,000.00 dollar fine and one year in prison. However, WHO (Model Emergency Health Powers Act) mandates the criminalization of anyone (in any of the countries who have signed on to the UN/WHO) refusing a vaccine once a pandemic has been declared. And deadly force may be used against the 'criminal'.

The question remains, why do they wish to make mandatory a vaccine for a flu that has infected and killed many less people than would be the result from a 'regular' flu year?

Could this be part of the continued war by the Elites against the people? After all, these eugenicists have written (in the Club of Rome, the CFR, World Population Conferences, etc., that they want billions fewer people on the planet. Will you be one of the 'billions'.....?

ALL Thirmosal hasn't been removed anyway. There are still small traces in the vaccines but they can indiacte they are "Thimesol free" due to the lower amounts.

A seperate subject but Vaccines and other medications also contain preservatives....even the Vitamin K injections contain Benzyl Alcohol which can also cause adverse reactions.

Who here said MMR contained mercury? Mercury would inactivate MMR, which is a live virus vaccine, and has never contained the thimerosal preservative.

Colloidal Silver kills any flu, and any other virus. Its safe to use but look it up for yourself and make you own decision. There is certainly no H5N1 in colloidal silver so straight away its a lot more appealing! MMS also kills flu and any other viruses.

The vaccine was fine 2 weeks ago until legal proceedings were started in Austria by Jane Burgermeister against Baxter who deliberately infected 72Kg of H1N1 vaccine with bird flu in Feb. Now after this has been highlighted it 'may be unsafe'. LOL. Only a suicidal idiot would take a vaccine off these people.

Mary, sorry I have to disagree on that - thiomersal is a Mercury compound which was added to MMR for years and only recently removed after concerns about its links to retarding infant brain development. Google MMR mercury if you want some references, there are a number of reliable sources including the Times and the BBC.

The Department of Health said it was "extremely irresponsible" to suggest Britain would use an unsafe vaccine.

Hardly - extremely irresponsible is allowing the use of mercury adjuvants in MMR vaccines for years causing unneccessary brain damage in infants and then trying to cover up the facts while the unused contaminated product continued to be exported to the third world where they're less likely to complain. I'm certainly wondering what little treats Baxter and GSK are adding to this batch of vaccine for us, concerned about reports of H1N1 DNA analysis suggesting the virus is unnatural and was laborotory grown, that Baxter are being prosecuted for a release of 87 kg of Avian flu matter in Austria some years ago and that pharma has negotiated themselves immunity from prosecution if they do manage to kill swathes of the general populace with this vaccine.

Word to the wise - if you're young, fit and healthy take your chances with the bug.

There's a tricky balancing act here. Swine flu is spreading very fast, doubling almost weekly. There simply isn't the time to test a vaccine for it in the usual measured way. If it carries on spreading at this rate, everyone will have caught it by Xmas.

If I were in one of the at-risk groups and knew that swine flu was a deadly danger to myself, I'd accept the small risk from a fast-tracked vaccine. Likewise if it were a killer epidemic. Since I'm not and it isn't, I'll decline to be vaccinated before the full battery of safety tests are completed, meaning I'll probably catch it instead. The risk to my life from catching swine flu is very small.

There is something very wrong with the state of the nation when the public panics in the face of a not-very-serious epidemic, and the government can't bear to tell people that the best thing for people who aren't at special risk is to go to bed and let nature take its course. Instead it doles out new drugs and rushed vaccines like sweeties, so it can be seen to be doing something. Yet more evidence we need a new government!
