WORLD: Ex-husband of murdered model is found hanged

A reality show contestant suspected of murdering his former wife has been found hanged in a secluded motel in Canada.

Ryan Jenkins, 32, a property developer, was wanted in California after the dismembered body of former Playboy model Jasmine Fiore, 32, was found in a rubbish bin outside Los Angeles. Her teeth had been pulled out and her fingers cut off.

Jenkins's body was found yesterday near Hope, British Columbia. He is believed to have fled California by power-boat. He and Fiore, 32, met in Las Vegas in March and married a few weeks later. They separated soon after.

Jenkins was recently a contestant on the now-cancelled Megan Wants A Millionaire, in which wealthy young men tried to win over a trophy wife.
