Following Patrick Swayze's death from cancer at the age of 57, we take a look at some of the films he will be most remembered for.

Patrick Swayze played Johnny Castle in Dirty Dancing in 1987. This is the final dance scene containing the famous words: 'Nobody puts Baby in the corner.'

This is the emotional final scene of Ghost when Patrick Swayze is finally revealed to Demi Moore.

Here is a trailer for 1991 film Point Break. Swayze played the surfing adrenaline junky Bodhi.

Patrick Swayze starring in To Wong Foo as drag queen Vida Bohemme for which he was nominated for the Golden Globe award for best actor in a motion picture comedy/musical.

Patrick Swayze was also in Donnie Darko playing Jim Cunningham a local celebrity who comes into conflict with with Donnie.
