Gang attack in Trafalgar Square

28.09.09

A man was fighting for his life in hospital after being attacked by three teenagers in Trafalgar Square.

The 62-year-old was outside the South African Embassy on Friday when he apparently argued with two girls and a boy, aged about 16 to 20.

A 30-year-old man also suffered minor injuries. The suspects were seen walking to The Strand.

12 years of New Labours' tough on crime, tough on the
causes of crime policies and look where this country
is: going down the toilet.

And what will happen to these low-life scumbags if
they are convicted? A few years in a four star hotel
with bars? Community service? And the despicable
muppets in Brighton want us to vote for them again!!

Anon. I hope your friend recovers and I hope the Police catch the scum who did this.

- B, Sydney, Australia

Even if they do catch the the morons that did this, they will get a slap on the wrist and set free to do the same again.

- Terry, Ealing, UK

So, apart from their ages do we have any other description that may help to catch these cowards??

More police on the street.................

Graham: wonderful to learn that crime is unknown in the Netherlands. Not what it seemed like to me when I had the misfortune to be in Rotterdam main railway station.

- Dectora, London UK

The attacked man is a good friend of mine whom is critically ill in a coma. Just hope they catch who did this to him.

- Anon., London

Sad stories of this sort are a constant reminder of why I never want to come back to live in England again.

- Graham Rodhouse, Helmond, Netherlands

The Square was closed and it caused absolute chaos

- Steve M, London

As Trafalgar Square has not been closed-off while police do fingertip searches, we can reasonably assume that those injured are not footballers, politicians or celebrities. What a relief.

- Realistic., London UK

Modern Britain. What a mess.
