This is the haul of weapons, drugs and cash seized by police during a week-long crackdown on youth violence in London.

Gun haul
Police seized weapons in Operation Blunt
Police recovered knives, guns, imitation firearms, a dangerous dog, £11,200 in cash and a large quantity of cannabis and class A drugs during the operation.

Officers said they found a sawn-off shotgun, a 9mm pistol and 70 rounds of ammunition at just one address in Islington. Three boys aged 12 were among more than 124 people - many of them young teenagers - who were arrested.

The boys were seized on suspicion of assault and are believed to be among a number of youths suspected of being in violent street gangs.

Officers also arrested two 13-year-old boys for assault and possession of an offensive weapon and 17 boys aged 14 who were held for offences including assault and robbery. The Met said 44 of those held were gang members. Out of the 124 held, eight were women or teenage girls.

The raids were part of Operation Blunt, launched last year against youth violence.

Operation Blunt 2 was then launched in April and since then police have conducted more than 380,000 stop-and-searches, made 14,700 arrests and recovered more than 7,500 knives.
