Gordon Brown and other world leaders have failed to provide a "road map" to a low-carbon economy, a journey that will take decades, BP chief executive Tony Hayward said today.
The Prime Minister was taking part in 17-nation talks on emission-cut targets before December's UN-sponsored summit in Copenhagen.
