Britons 'fuel rise in sexual diseases'

British backpackers could be driving the spread of sexually transmitted diseases in Australia, a study has found.

A survey of more than 1,000 backpackers at hostels in Sydney and Cairns found Britons often had triple the number of sexual partners they would normally have at home.

is this a case of 'bragging' young British backpackers trying to talk big in front of Australians and/or gullible 'researchers', or is it Australians trying to pin the blame on a big rise in STDs on the 'blooming poms'? as if the Aussies aren't voraciously promiscuous themselves.!!
there's going to be a conflict over 'bragging' rights on this one...!!!
