Drop Polanski case and leave me alone, says his victim

Roman Polanski's sex attack victim has called for the case against the film director to be dropped.
His arrest has caused her health problems and job worries, her lawyer revealed today.
Samantha Geimer, who was 13 when Polanski had sex with her in 1977, has been harassed by the media, her lawyer told a Californian court.
Lawyer Lawrence Silver urged the appeals court to dismiss the unlawful sex case against Polanski.
The filing with the Second District Court of Appeal said Ms Geimer and Mr Silver have received nearly 500 media calls seeking comment since Polanski was arrested in Switzerland last month.
The pursuit has caused "health-related issues" for Ms Geimer, who lives in Hawaii. It ends with a request: "Leave her alone."

It's Polanski who caused her these problems in the first place when he made the decision to drug and rape her when she was a young child. Let's stop blaming the justice system for his vile crime.
