Inquiry into Kenya election violence

A lawyer said today he is certain crimes against humanity were committed in Kenya's post-election violence which claimed more than 1,000 lives.
Luis Moreno Ocampo, prosecutor for the International Criminal Court, says next month he will seek to open an inquiry into Nairobi's violence from December 2007 to February last year.
President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga say they will help the ICC.
