Separated twin wakes from her coma

The guardian of Bangladeshi conjoined twins made an emotional visit to the girls' bedside after they were successfully separated in a 32-hour operation in Australia.

Moira Kelly brought orphans Trishna and Krishna to the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, for their marathon surgery.

Trishna is progressing well enough that she could soon leave intensive care.

She was talking today after waking from a medically induced coma.

Krishna will be slowly brought out of the coma today.

The twins, who will be three next month, had been joined at their heads.
