Sir Richard Branson trains to be a marathon man

16 Apr 2010

Sir Richard Branson's latest sporting adventure will see him attempt the London Marathon.

The 59-year-old billionaire tycoon has been training for the event, which takes place a week on Sunday, in all corners of the globe.

Speaking from Necker, his Caribbean island, he said: "One of the most interesting ones was at the game range in Ulusaba where I had one of the rangers alongside me so that the lions didn't get at me."
