Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is available only to Eligible Participants. Eligible Participants are persons resident in the UK aged 18 or over who are London City Eros Card Holders. British Airways Plc (“BA”) and Evening Standard, a division of Associated Newspapers Limited, reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants who may be required to show their London City EROS card at check in. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below.
2. The 15% discount is valid on new bookings only. Bookings must be made at eroscard.co.uk/londoncity. Flights must be purchased at least 7 days in advance of the outbound travel date. Flights must be booked by 31 August 2008 for travel up to 31 October 2008. Bookings cannot be refunded but changes are permitted before the day of departure for £40 per person per transaction, in addition to any difference in fare.
3. The promotion applies to one-way and return fares to Barcelona, Frankfurt, Madrid, Nice, Warsaw and Zurich from London City Airport only. The promotion also applies to Amsterdam from London City airport on return fares only. The discount applies to economy lowest class fares only for travel in the Euro Traveller cabin only. These services are operated by BA CityFlyer Limited. The promotion does not apply to travel on any other BA mainline route, franchisee or alliance airline, or any flight operated by a codeshare partner.
4. No group bookings of more than 9 people eligible for this offer. This offer can only be applied once per booking .
5. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To obtain the discount on return flights, outbound and inbound flights must be booked at the same time. Promotional travel must be purchased, ticketed, started and finished in the UK. Please note that many credit card issuers will not permit payment for air travel from the UK to be paid for on credit cards that they have issued if the billing address is outside the UK. BA does not accept responsibility for the refusal of any card issuer to allow use of its cards for payment.
6. Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control. There is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets on your preferred flight. Certain flights may have very limited or no availability on certain dates because of existing bookings, especially periods such as public holidays. Domestic connections and transfers are not included in the advertised price but are available for an additional fare.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with BA Miles or other miles redemption schemes or any discount voucher or any other offer or promotion. No BA Miles can be accrued on these flights.
8. All travel is subject to BA’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (see www.britishairways.com/travel/genconcarr/public/en_gb)
and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket and itinerary

11. BA and Evening Standard, a division of Associated Newspapers Limited, reserve the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued at promotional prices in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BA and/or Evening Standard, a division of Associated Newspapers Limited.
