Canada's National Arts Centre's acclaimed production based on the award-winning novel by Irish writer and Scotsman newspaper literary critic Robert Nye's novel (winner of The Guardian Book Award). A portrait of Shakespeare's great comic character exploring the man and the myth, painting a wonderful historical and humorous portrait of Great Britain seen through the eyes of the great man himself holding court one last-time for a bawdy evening at the Boars Head Tavern.. Adapted and directed by John Wood with Roger Forbes as Falstaff.
