Chelsea FC and Gianluca Vialli

Chelsea is an English professional football club based in Chelsea, West London. Known as ‘The Blues’, Chelsea FC was founded in 1905 in the Rising Sun pub (now named The Butchers Hook) which stands opposite the present-day entrance to the home ground. The home stadium is called Stamford Bridge and it seats 42,000 fans. Chelsea have been English Champions three times, have won the FA Cup five times, the League Cup (aka Carling Cup) four times, and the UEFA Cup Winner’s Cup twice. Chelsea is considered one of the ‘Big Four’ in the English Premier League – as it is one of four teams that regularly holds one of the top four positions in the Premiership.
