Andy Coulson

Former journalist who was editor of the News of the World from 2003 until 2007, when he resigned following an illegal phone tapping scandal. He was appointed David Cameron's communications director in 2007, and held the position of Downing Street's Director of Communications until January 2011, when he resigned over continued phone-hacking allegations.
