Wolverhampton Wanderers FC

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC is an English professional football team. The club is based in Wolverhampton Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. The club, nicknamed ‘Wolves’ or ‘The Wanderers,’ plays at The Molineux Stadium which holds 29,303 people. ‘Wolves’ were founded in 1877 and enjoyed perhaps their best era during 1949 and 1960 when they won the League three times and the FA Cup twice. ‘Wolves’ home strip consists of a yellow shirt with black shorts and yellow socks, with an all white and red away kit. The club currently competes in the Premier League after winning the Championship in the 2008/9 season.
