Liverpool FC and Sami Hyypia

Liverpool FC is an English professional football team founded in 1892. Liverpool FC is based at Anfield in Liverpool and has the most successful history in English football. Nicknamed ‘The Reds,’ the club jointly holds the record for most League Championships with Manchester United at 18, on top of this it has won five European Cups, a record for an English team. Liverpool is considered to be one of ‘The Big Four’ clubs in the Premier League. The club is perhaps most famous for the period between 1970 and 1990 where it won 11 league championships.
