Roux trained Executive Chef Arthur Potts Dawson, whose CV also includes such impressive credits as Fifteen, Kensington Place and the River Café, has devised a stunning offering that is adventurous, delicious and nutritious. Calling his unique style of cuisine Modern London, Arthur's menu will reflect the cultural melting pot that characterises the capital.
