Why Daniel Radcliffe was nominated for Equus, and Richard Griffiths wasn't? Yes, Radcliffe was good - but he didn't stand up in comparison.

I am very disappointed that Lee Mead has not been nominated for outstanding newcomer. As usual musical theatre is the Cinderella of the awards shows. Hairspray was very good, particularly the dancing but had no memorable songs and I preferred Joseph And His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Lord of The Rings is a spectacular show but again the score is mediocre.

A good list; glad Lesley Maville has been nominated as she was terrific in All About My Mother.

Good lists but why doesn't the brilliant production of Landscape with Weapon at the Cottesloe earlier this year feature in any of them?
